Our Projects are neither Challenges nor Contests, but planned endeavors that any member who chooses may work on with the rest of the team. Some will be exclusive (Guests won't see anything until the project is complete), but others will be shared for everyone to watch.

We love to have contests. Feel free to suggest one or more to an Administrator. We'll implement them if/as we can.

This is a gathering of all of Wendy's {Hillcrest's) (hillcrest1414's) creations for TS3, from her previous website Sims 3 Real Estate, and from her TS3 pages at the EA site. Sims 3 Real Estate will no longer be maintained. This is being done at Wendy's request, relayed to us by her husband Tony. Wendy passed away on December 8, 2011, after several months of battling brain cancer. As with the other downloads at this forum, if guests or members download anything from this site, it is against our Terms of Service that those things would be uploaded anywhere else without the written permission from an administrative person at this site. You may always e-mail me at NeighborlySims@flyingacres.com, if you are not a member here, and I will give permission (or not). If you have found a re-uploaded creation of Wendy's somewhere else, please alert me at that e-mail address or PM me here, if you are a member. If you are given permission to use anything of Wendy's from this site, you must provide a link back to the original download, original photos in your credits, and at least one photo to show what differences you made. Also, you must not denigrate the artistry of the original creations.

World of Warcraft is a another game that some of us like to play. It's played online, with 1000s of other players, and is very addictive. If you play and would like to talk about it, please join us. If you've never played but would like more info, please ask.

"Toons" is short for "cartoons" and it means "characters." If you play WoW and would like to tell us about the Toons you play, we'd love for you to share!
