Brook is just over $10,000, proving that serenity doesn't come
cheaply. However, there's room for two or more Sim students, so if
you choose your wealthy ones or some with some good scholarships,
this should be a fine, peaceful dwelling for them. NOTE: You may note that the big rocks behind this lot are different than in your neighborhood, if you downloaded the decorated map. I discovered that the rock I had put there wasn't "grounded," so I changed it to a different style that works better. |

| Settlers Path rents for $8,249. It's only a one-bedroom, but there's a double bed. Either you could have a young, engaged couple with enough funds and lots of skills with which to earn more funds move in, or you could switch the double bed to two (or more) single beds, and move in some students with, perhaps, a little less money.
