This dorm comes with it all. Not only is there living space, but there's a wonderful training pool in the basement, and a fishing pond outside. This would be a great place to house your active, outdoorsy-type students. Oh, and there's already a student in residence--Eric Swain, a "canned" students from one of the game's initial universities.
