It's a 50's Diner! Woohoo! Your students will love to eat here. Oh...and by the way, they can always practice their speeches and their romance skills in the mirrored panels of the restaurant proper!

Upon first sight, this is a very simple little brick dorm. First sight would be right! It's simple, it's cosy, and it has everything needed for a Sim student, plus a few things that aren't necessary, but give some extra comfort to the young adults who have just left their homes.

This dorm may look a bit different from the usual--more like a little motel, actually. Yet it's all classic dorm, with lots of living space, study space, and sleeping space. Move your Sim students in here and watch them thrive!

H & M *** 3x1

This little store was designed to showcase the new items in the H & M Stuff Pack, and does so very admirably! It's a great community lot that is wonderfully playable, beautifully-designed, and quite popular with Sim shoppers.

Landgrabb House has grabbed hold of the land just below the back of the mountain, where it ably supports six University students. When one of your Sims is settled here, there will really be no need for outside entertainment, as this dorm is fully supplied with plenty to keep them busy.

This is the same basic building as Lisa's "Old Dorms House" on the main Micronesia map. However, everything necessary has been changed to dorm specifications, then the lot zoning was changed. It looks to me like your student Sims would be more than comfortable here!

Bright and sunny, Little Daffodil lights up the campus with its simple charm. At $4,279 this little rental should be fairly economical as a move-in for a couple of scholarship winners.

If I were going to live in a dorm, I think I might choose this one! It has all the comforts of...a home away from home. It also has a great view of the river and the mountain, from the dining area, plus the H&M store is right across the street!

Mini Modern *** 2x1

Mini Modern is exactly what was needed to set off Betty's 50s Diner, which kind of looked a little lonely over on the western beach, since it has such a low profile. This cute little rental compliments the look of the diner, and vice versa, and both are just right for the sandy beach.

Jared

Daisy
Jared and Daisy Shahan are the children of Benjamin Shahan in Lisa's game. Benjamin is Tree Climber in my game. He was created to be the owner of The Secret Garden, which you can see on the Lovely Island page. For some reason, Sims seem to get name changes when going from a US game to a UK game, but not the reverse--very strange.

Anyway--these two college students are rather special to me, since they are actually descended from one of my own created Sims! They are both becoming upper classmen, and I'll leave you to discover how they've already been developed, and what will come next in their college lives.

Here's a photo of the twins' lovely mother, then a shot of [the older] Benjamin with his [obviously younger] wife. I'm not sure I appreciate the way Benjamin ages, but it looks like she does!

Snowdrop House looks great out on the little "point" on the southern beach of Micron Island where Micron College is located. At just about $6500, the rental on this lovely little rental should be just right for some of your big scholarship holders.

I keep wanting to call this one "Vanilla Mini," instead of Villa Mini! It fits both descriptions, and is the cutest little thing ever! My 3-year-old grandson loves the pool, and started insisting "Sims, Grandma--SWIM!" as soon as he saw it.
