This subdued, dignified, and ageless 1475 Federal Townhouse residence has been restored for Micron College's Creative Arts Program. Entering along the side of the home, you'll find the Teacher's office; to the right, the former Parlor is being used to teach Piano; to the left there are stairs to the second floor, a bathroom facility, and a door to the courtyard where Painting is taught. Upstairs, you will find another restroom facility, a study hall, and two Music rooms--one for the study of Guitars, and another for the study of Drums. Any Student who chooses to pursue a Creative Arts Degree will enjoy the historical, cozy atmosphere at Avery Park.
