It's rental is "only" $9,340--probably within easy reach of a couple of students who have been working hard throughout their first couple of years of college.

Harry comes on his own tiny lot, which is where he is standing in the pictures above. Just install his lot, visit it, move him out to the Sims Bin, and then move him into a dorm or other housing in Micron College or any other campus. He has $3,331 to spend.

This is the official administration building for Micron College. Since the Dean's Office is located here, you may want to install the Staff lot that contains Dean Micron, then move him into The Dean's House. Then you could have him visit the Admin Building every now and again, to use his office. Unfortunately, Sims in the University setting may only buy real estate that is located in a non-university extension of their neighborhood! If you choose, you could put the Admin Building in the base neighborhood, then Dean could purchase it, though I'm not sure he could actually run it as a business. It might be a fun experiment.

Come and watch a game of football...well...umm...maybe pretend...but you can have a nice meal in the cafe! Also, there's a little surprise fun behind the restrooms--a small arcade, plus the pay phone is sheltered there, from the elements. All in all--game or no game--it's nice little hideaway for those spare moments--maybe even a dream date!
