Christine has used the 1x1 mini-lot to great advantage for Summerton Place. The views you see here--on a sandy beach--won't necessarily happen in your game, but I wanted to make sure this little girl was in the Garden District, yet not too close to her larger sisters on the other side of the big rock. (Note--she's moved a little bit, to make room for the canal barge--see Neighborhood photo, above.)
