Kay has created an upscale furniture store based in an old residence, on a 3x1 lot. By changing the furnishings in each room occasionally, you'll be able to ensure that your Sims will not all end up with the same furniture, because they are going to love obtaining their furniture from this unique shop. Notice the little gazebo while you're there. It's created in a way that I'd almost forgotten about. Check it out!

Kay's Flower Megaplex, on a 1x3 lot works perfectly down by the three long lots with the creek running across the front. The placement of the pond on this lot is just right to blend with those three, and what a wonderful place for the residents to have so close, when they want a little refreshment after working with their gardens!

Kay has really displayed the true style of a local laundry shop in this cute little 1x2 lot. Of course, the clothing being displayed isn't clean laundry for the residents of Micronesia--it's new clothing being sold off the rack. There are also some magazines for sale, and a small lounge area for tired customers. The only thing missing--easily remedied--is the cash register!

Isaac and Paige Letterman live in the Micronesia Post Office...at least what USED to be the Post Office...or perhaps it's ABOUT to be the Post Office! Kay's 3x1 lot has all the style of a modern Post Office, but at this point the living quarters have encroached upon what might otherwise become (or used to be) the Post Office itself. On the other hand, Isaac and Paige are dressed for their role of mail carriers, though they can't actually hold down that job in Micronesia. Use your imagination to play out this cute little family, on their adorable lot.

This luscious little mini mountain (on a 1x5 lot), fits perfectly beside the other long lots at the northern end of the Farm District. The cute mini tower at the back of the lot contains a telescope that overlooks the eastern shore of the lake.

Kay has taken a 1x1 lot and turned it into the cutest little gift shop imaginable. It's now located right at the southwestern corner of Micronesia, on Snob Hill. For such a little place, it holds its head up beautifully among its bigger, more expensive siblings.

Kay has built a farm on the not-so-little 5x1 mini-lot. The old barn is mainly used as a garage, and the silo has been turned into the living quarters (so cute). There's a small planted area, so the farm still qualifies as such. This lot is big enough for a small family, and what better place to raise one?!

This 1x1 mini-residence is expensive and lovely enough to rate being placed in the Blue Collar District! Thanks, Kay, for creating such a beautiful, snazzy little place--just right for moving in a single, almost-wealthy Sim.
