I am absolutely in love with this tiny 3x1 farm created by Nina. It may be small, but it's fully-equipped for your country Sims who want to be self-sufficient. As you can see by the Neighborhood shot, it has three lots across the street that will be turned into producing, ownable fields, in the "Farm District."

Little Brownie Farm is the first in the Little Brownie Series, that Nina designed to be used together as shown in the Neighborhood photo above. This 3x1 lot would be the owner's dwelling and the home gardens. I love the use of the water lilies in these three lots!

Little Brownie Farm - Market is the third in the Little Brownie Series, that Nina designed to be used together as shown in the Neighborhood photo above. This 1x3 lot would be the market-keeper's dwelling and the venue where the cash crops are marketed. The water lilies decorate the top of the old barn in this lot.
