Details
Stefanie created a wonderful, light and airy community lot with a cute little beauty shop, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and even a place to satisfy your Sims' thirst, all on one of the 3x1 lots. The colors are cool and peaceful--it's a good place to spend the hot summer days, for sure!

Stefanie has taken the 3x1 lot and created the cutest little cottage imaginable, for Sim habitation. The shuttered windows with the flower boxes compliment the rustic hot tub and informal garden out by the driveway. What a pleasant place to spend a hot summer! (NOTE: These pictures are from my game, where I've substituted birch trees for the maple trees that come in the download--due to the current problem with the maple trees when the seasons change.)

Stefanie's peaceful little Woodchurch nestles quietly up on the hill in the Blue Collar District--a quiet place for the hard-working residents of Micronesia. Though only on a 3x1 lot, the church grounds even boast a fishing pond!
