Unlike the three little businesses in the same area, the pretty, but run-down and abandoned little place sits a bit forlornly, waiting patiently for a Sim without a bunch of $$$ to walk by, see her "good bones" and high potential, and snap her up for a "happy ever after" end to her life. | |||

| "Goth a Bit," on its 3x1 lot, was like any OTHER Garden District house until...something...got to it, and it began its strange metamorphosis into the Goth-like structure that it is, now--still strangely beautiful and ornate, but quite...well...maybe a bit...scary! You see, just out past the trees behind the house (see the small picture in the Neighborhood shot) is an old archeological dig. The townspeople have always been a little leery of the place...especially since this lot started looking so different! | |||

| Kinda Cottaged is set on a 2x1 lot, which made it easy to sandwich it between one of the farms and the Micron Hotel, over on the east side of the city. The little stone cottage looks as if it was probably one of the first houses in that district, then the other, bigger ones, kind of took over the space around it. | |||

Any Sim moving into this 2x1
lot of Wane's should have raised expectations, for sure!
Surprisingly, the cost for the lot is just over $114,000, so any
Blue Collar worker who has begun to amass a bit more than it takes
just to feed his family should look past the bridge to Snob Hill, if
thinking about "moving up." NOTE: If you happen to be looking REALLY closely at these pictures, you'll notice that the Neighborhood shot is completely backwards to what it was when I took the close-ups. It just looked better in the hood that way. |
