1 Rue De Micronesia is not
only a "Résidence fantastique," it's also contains a
fully-integrated little toy shop! Wendy has packed a ton of living
into this 3x1 lot, and your Sims are absolutely going to "Tombez-en
amoureux!" The link at the top of this section leads to the download for the unoccupied lot. If you'd like to have Leon and Elisa Rochelle (the wonderful couple Wendy created who have play-tested the house and fallen in love with each other in the meantime), they are also available. Just click on their names under their pictures. They come on a small "container" lot. Install it, visit it, exit to the neighborhood, move the couple out to the Bin, them move them into this lot or any other of your choice. I know sometimes things change when Sims are installed in different games, but when I received Leon and Elisa they were two Knowledge Sims with two completely different lifetime goals. Obviously, their craft has been toy-making, which has also quite obviously been lucrative for them. If she had her "druthers," though, Elisa would like to become a Criminal Mastermind, and Leon would like nothing more than to Max Out Seven Skills! I wonder what will happen to the Rochelles in YOUR game? |

| If your Sims are feeling under the weather perhaps a trip here will make them feel better. It's almost scary how well Wendy has captured the essence of a large hospital, on this 3x1 lot! Taking the pictures, I almost could smell the antiseptic and hear the swish of uniforms and crepe shoes, and feel the overlying tension. Waiting just inside the front doors, the emergency and triage area looks quite efficient, and the rest of the floors are just as marvelous. If nothing else, your Sims can get a good lie-down and rest up from their busy lives! | |||
