| "Come and view some of the finest work from Micronesia's best artists and sculptors," invites Wendy, who created the Museum and Art Gallery on this 3x1 lot. I had hoped to be able to use it on Snob Hill as an example that perhaps all the residents there had used as incentive when building their own impressive mansions. However, the land in that area of Micronesia is really hard to deal with, and I'm having a hard time fitting much more up on the hill, unfortunately. So the museum has displaced a couple of other smaller lots in the NW Downtown area, where it fits beautifully across the street from the hospital. Its style also blends well with the fire station, the police headquarters, and the old high school. Your Sims must stop into to see not only the contents of the displays, but to view the majesty of the building itself. Also, there's a nice surprise on the third floor--a very nice restaurant that would be a good place to take clients to impress them, I would think. | |||

| "Sims will love to work here in this modern office block, that also boasts it's own staff canteen and gym." Built by the same construction company, with a similar look to the Micronesia Towers, Wendy presents us with another 3x1 lot called The Micronesia Building. It's tall enough that I had to take the exterior shots in pairs, as you can see, in order to do it justice. |
