	#__ Seaside Court (Unoccupied) Download this lot & add a mobile home, modular home, or trailer, to contribute to Seaside Court. This is the base for (nearly) all the spaces in the court.
	Office-Seaside Court This Office/Store can be used as a community lot where your trailer park tenants can shop for the necessities or just hang with some friends. There are two of them in Seaside Court in my game.
In the descriptions below, you'll find links to the CHARACTERS that occupy the mobile homes in Seaside Court (in my game). The links will bring up downloadable zip files that contain the lot installer files. You will need the NightLife Expansion Pack to use these lots (and by extension, the Sims), due to the size of the lots--they are the smallest lots available in NL--not available in either TS2 or Uni. To use the characters, unzip the downloaded files and double click the installers. The lots will go to your lots bin--the occupied section. Put the installed lots into the neighborhood in which you are making Seaside Court (or other trailer park). You'll need to visit the lot once, but you can go out without saving. Once you have done that, you can use the family mover tool to move each new Sim into the "family bin, then you can use the bulldozer tool to get rid of the little, empty lots. Once your new Sims are in the "family bin," you can move them into whichever mobile home you prefer. NOTE: The pictures you see here may be slightly different than the pictures you'll see on the pages where you can download files that I did not create. Also, the space numbers I am using in my game may differ from the space numbers you see on the download pages. Of course, you can change the space numbers any way you like for your own game.

When Liz told me that she had this lot for Neighborly Sims, I hadn't remembered that "In the Forest" was here in Seaside Valley, so I couldn't decide where to put the new lot.

While looking through the neighborhoods to decide, I realized that it was perfect to go just above "In the Forest," right here in our little wooded seashore village, so that's where it is.

It's a lovely lot, with tons of country character. Quick! Grab it, and move in some of your vacationing Sims!

In the Forest

This lovely home was created by Liz to sit by the river in Triangle Lagoon. However, the Triangle Lagoon project is already into Phase Two (01/15/07), so I asked Liz if I could use the lot here in Seaside Valley, and she agreed.

Actually, it's perfect here in this setting, because of its forested aspect. It fits right in in this spot on the shore, with a view of the ocean and of the mountain both--not to mention the big rocks on the shoreline, right behind the house.

This would be a great vacation home, and what better place for it to be located, than in this lovely spot?
