Terje75 requested this neighborhood to use as a construction neighborhood in his game. He wanted six each of the largest (6x5) lots to fit inside a single street grid as shown here.

Here are some examples of other combinations of LARGE lots that could be set into these grids. Smaller lots could be used anywhere, of course, but there would be more wasted space.

It's impossible to create a grid for six each of the largest (6x5) lots that doesn't have any space left over, though I could have created a grid that would hold EXACTLY six of the next-size-down (5x5) lots.

Remember--there are NO SIMS in this download. You can find out how to put NPCs, Townies, and DownTownies into the neighborhood, by going HERE.

Also, there are NO DECORATIONS on this neighborhood. However, because it was saved while running all EPs and all SPs, you will need to have all of those installed in order to use the "canned" neighborhood.

Don't worry, though. Even if you are just using the base TS2 game, you can make a similar neighborhood in just minutes, using only the SC4 files (see instructions HERE).
