Do a search at Mod the Sims 2 for "snow," and you should come up with this terrain, which covers the DIRT neighborhood terrain, with instructions for its use. The snowy trees can be found there, also.

Winter Beaches Story

In 2006, Sim citizens everywhere have decided to spend time frolicking at the Winter Beaches during the holidays. Though the area would generally be considered temperate or even tropical, the winter is beginning to settle in, and there's even been a dusting of snow in some areas. If some of your Sims have moved into holiday lots that you would like to present here, please e-mail me, and I'll download them, install them, and link to them (or offer them for download here, if you prefer). If you know of anyone else's lots and have a link for them, please let me know, also, so I can contact them. This will be a collection, not a contest. I just want to have fun rounding up and displaying the special Christmas or holiday lots that you create for 2006 (please don't offer lots from past years). There is no limit on the number of lots you may present. Thanks in advance for your participation!

URGENT NOTE: Please keep in mind when downloading and installing these lots that they come from games that may have different EPs and SPs installed than you do. You may or may not be able to use the lots in your game, and if the lots do install, there could be items missing, due to these differences. The use of the Sims2Pack Clean Installer utility can sometimes help with these problems.
