Woohoo!!! Glad you keep on going down, Lisa. I'm just so happy for you!
I had a big clear out of my old stuff that doesn't fit any longer the other day. I found a couple of things buried in there that I can wear now, a nice long black jumper and another black long sleeved top perfect for Autumn. It's nice to wear a smaller size, even if it is still a larger size WINK
Well done Lisa [Image: 202.gif]
Thank you Wendy WINK
Oh a clear out that found stuff you can wear!
That's cool even though it is a contradiction in terms WINK
I know...I have a bin bag full of stuff...I want to swap it for free smaller stuff EVIL LAUGH
Great job Lisa!!
Thanks Deb!
You are doing so well! It's wonderful to find older stuff that you never thought you'd be able to wear again! SMILE
Congrats, Poppy! I so need to join you. God knows I have a whole quarry I have to lose. :o
Thank you so much FRIENDS I hope that one day you get the same resolve I have...I didn't have any for a very long time.
I'll take that hope, Lisa! I was thinking just yesterday that I ought to challenge Jonny to stop smoking. He stops that, and I stop overeating!
Thanks too! I definitely need all the hope I can get...my resolve is wimpy. ;) Lasigh. We can do it, Linda. XD
Yes... you can!

I was on a call to my friend yesterday and she sounded exactly like me a few months ago, I have told her to cut out any sweet stuff...I think the only way to do it for me is to not have any sweet stuff at all. The more sugar I have the more I want.
Congrats Poppy! A Stone! Woot!
Thanks Susan JOY
Sugar is definitely that way, Lisa. It's an addictive substance. Honey is less that way, but you'd be really wise to stay away from it for now, at least. Good going!
I am suprised how I managed to give up the sweet tea, I am very scared of sweet stuff now....I give it a wide berth!
That's the best way to do it, Lisa. Good for you!
I was nagged into making piroghi last night...so need to make a calorie free version today...oh dear...how is that going to happen?
