Lot Size: Anthing from 20x30 to 40x40 (Sunset Valley standard residential lot sizes only please)
Beds / Baths:
Master bedroom with bathroom and walk in closet
A spare bedroom for anyone wishing to stay
A second bathroom
Other Requirements:
A basement with a vampire bed & place to store stolen objects and paintings
A swimming pool and workout area
A garage / car port
A stone deck in the back yard

Hi Kat! I think I got the fewest votes - is there a consolation prize for the fewest votes? I knew I wasn't any good at Modern!!

I really loved all the lots that were created for this contest. I loved the style and the color scheme of Poppy's very, very much! I really loved the detailing in Wendy's home and what a great job she did for her first Modern Home!! Wow! And of course Jacqui's "Decray" is really great with the BenHaus Garage door - and all those neat little surprises hidden inside. When I was dl'g the lots, it was a bit slow on the dl since it wasn't included as an ul in the entry here like all the others. But I loved all the homes, so had to have one of each! (Notice, I did not mention the loser in this contest ... she'll just have to sit back and pout a bit ... but I loved her home best of all ... ) Great job everyone!

I think we have a clear winner so far at least, the problem here was that all the entries were totally fabulous and it was just so hard to choose! Thank you very much for your kind words Melody

You are so welcome. I fell in love with your home right away. I really love the choice you made in both the colors and the textures used as well as the architectural detailing.

I think you are right in that we do have a winner. Where is our Kat? We need her to announce the winner! Then we can officially congratulate Jacqui!
