Neighborly Sims 3

This is really fabulous Kim I have installed it and I can't believe how many lots there are and they are all lovely and flat, just right for me, thank you.

I am glad you like it Wendy...I built this world with us builders in mind.
I don't think I will ever be able yo fill it up! You might!

Kim, I downloaded this last evening and it is such a beautiful town!!! I agree with Wendy about all the nice level lots Already have a family living there and am very much enjoying adding to the community. Thank you ever so much for all the time, thought and planning that had to have been invested in Parkwater Flats.

It is taking my Sims a good while to visit all of the lovely parks and community lots you built and included!

Two of the "rabbit holes" , a school and military base, must have been from Riverview ( which I no longer have..but, HOPE to be able to re download..) and did not show up. No problem..forced me to redo those and just used a school and base that my game does have.

Also added in a fire station (etc.) from Ambitions.

Kim--I'm pretty sure I DID download the final version from here, but I'm downloading now, just to make sure. I'll replace the version I have in place now, just to make sure. I haven't used it to make a permanent world yet, anyway.

I know you had put the final version here. I just couldn't remember if that was the one I had in my game presently. It is now, though, so woohoo!

Finally got over here to download this--originally I had dl'd from the exchange but decided to not install in light of the recent issues. I'm off to find some beautifully flat lots to mess about with. Thanks Kim!

It's absolutely beautiful Kim! I spent some time adding the new types of lots that came with Ambitions and such. I noticed a lot of "combination" lots--how do they work? Click on each different building for the different interactions?

That is how they are suppose to work Lynn...
Did you find somethindg different?

I haven't played yet--was just fiddling around adding lot types. I was curious as to how those combo things worked since I've not seen them before. I really do love the world you made--and FLAT!! I love FLAT!

Whew...they should each work. Like the Mall you should be able to go in to each of the buildings and do your thing. I like to save space and be able to send the sims somewhere they can stay entertained.

I believe the only one that will not work in the Dome...that was a whole brew ha ha trying to figure that one out. Seems in never did. I did not know that! Linda did some fun stuff with one though.

There are a few hidden areas...have fun exploring.

I'm dowloading right now. Looks great!
